Boo! I Can See You... -- Junior Stamper post -- Age 8

Hi!
I am 8 years old and my mom is letting me share her blog so that I can try the Halloween challenges.
My nickname at home is "Sunshine" because I am an early riser and my favorite color is yellow.
I hope you like my card.
I don't really like black too much so I colored my girl and cat grey
and my mom found some grey polka dot paper to go on my card.

This image is called, "Boo, I Can See You" and it's by Wendy Burns.

My mom teaches my sister and me some crafting lessons each weekend.
This weekend we learned about ombre, grounding, and matting.
Mom let us use spellbinders and dies for all of our matting except that we had to mat our image by measuring.
I picked to do ombre in the hair, but my sister did ombre on the dress on her girl.
The last thing we added to our cards was the grounding.
Mom says that it's so the characters don't look like they are floating.
That's funny because I know they can't really float.

What do you think of my card?
I tried to make it look just like my moms.

I am going to enter my card into some Halloween challenges:
All Dressed Up: Halloween
Love to Create: Halloween
2 Creative Chicks: Halloween
Kaboodle Doodles: Halloween
Parade Your Crafts: Halloween
Totally Gorjuss: Spooky

Thank you for looking at my art work.
My little sister's card is HERE.
My mom's card is HERE.
We had a lot of fun!!
