Thank You to the Hostess with the Mostess!

Hi there!!
I had some major inspiration last night & a fun idea...
I have been wanting to use this stamp for a while now and I was hoping to give it a
Fall and Thanksgiving vibe.   So... pretend it's an apple pie (instead of cherry!!)  LOL!!!
I had some color ideas from the Color Throwdown and at least 2 of the gals had me thinking of apple pie...  YUMMY YUMMY !!!  So, I grabbed this Greeting Farm stamp and got to work!!

This is Cheeky Cherry Pie and I think she is the sweetest!!
**(But, for today we are going to be calling her, Cheeky apple pie!!)**
I wanted to make a Thanksgiving card to pair later with a little hostess gift.
The Greeting Farm challenges this week were related to "Thankful" and "Fall Colors" ~~
it just doesn't get much better than that!!!  As my friend, Darnell would say... the card making stars aligned just for me and my big ideas... LOL!!   :))  :))

Here are the products that I used on my card:
The Greeting Farm: Cheeky Cherry Pie
Simple Stories 6x6: Harvest Lane
Whimsy Stamps: Notables 1 Die
LaLa Land Crafts: Heart Fence

Here are the colors for the Color Throwdown:

Here is a close-up:

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
The Greeting Farm -- Farm Fresh Friday: Thankful
September Retro Fresh Challenge: Autumn Colors
7 Kids College Fund: Anything Goes & Markers
Addicted to Stamps & More: Photo Inspiration
The House that Stamps Built: Happy Fall Y'all
Creative Moments: Anything Goes Autumn
Graph It Colour: Colors of Autumn
Little Red Wagon: Use a Fence
The Color Throwdown: #262
Di's Digis: Coloring Skills

I made this card to give as a Thanksgiving card for the holiday hostess this year.
It is what I was envisioning last night and I am so happy how it turned out!
Thank you so much for stopping by today!

  8. Really cute card, Nicole (other than the little image is cross-eyed - grin). Your coloring is lovely (do you remember what colors you used for the hair as I'd sure like to know?). Your pie crust is perfect (which I could get mine to look like that for real -- not in make-believe land).
